Layman

Recently, somebody asked me, what a layman or beginner can do on computers? I thought a little bit and then said, you can listen to music, play games, chatting with friends, e-mails, search and read about topics you like. I also told that person you may also like to do blog post (online diary) and you would definetly like to use google earth. I think these are things, most people like to do using computers.

I think there are very limited no. of interesting applications for beginners or may be I don't about others. A middle-aged person may not like to use computers for music (can use his music player), games (mostly meant for yonugsters), chatting/e-mailing (might have no online friends).

So I think, if somebody start thinking in this direction, may come up with some cool interesting stuff for beginners and can get huge success...

New Year Resolution - 2006

Yesterday, I read in a newspaper that we should not keep our new year resolutions secret because if we tell it to others, then others will keep asking about our resolutions and our ego will help us to keep these up. I have planned to join gym in the morning session within a week. I have never gone to gym in my life so far and never liked to get up early in the morning. So I am trying to do two good things together, habbit of getting up early in the morning and exercise. Hope I will try to keep this resolution up for my whole life...
